Richibucto (official name Richibucto) is an Acadian town in Kent County in southeastern New Brunswick. There were 1286 inhabitants in 2011.
Richibucto’s history dates back as far as 1604 when Samuel de Champlain decided to establish a colony there.
Its Scallop Festival takes place in July.
The port of Richibucto is one of the largest in the province.
