Grande-Digue

Grande-Digue is a Canadian village in Kent County located between Shediac and Bouctouche in eastern New Brunswick. The village has the status of local service district. There were 2,182 inhabitants in 2011.

Grande-Digue takes its name from a long dyke that was built in the 19th century to drain swampy land.

Grande-Digue tire son nom d’une longue digue qui aurait été construite au XIXe siècle pour assécher des terrains marécageux.
